Content : After an accident in his father's workshop, Louis became blind at a very young age... At the beginning of the 19th century, it was difficult to learn and integrate into society with such a disability. Luckily the boy is resourceful and does not let himself down. He is admitted to the Royal Institute for the Young Blind and is only 12 years old when he begins to imagine the famous alphabet that bears his name.
