Granada in the 13th century.
Facing the sublime Alhambra, in the still-wild hills, young Malika grazes her goats.
She often hides in the foliage of a beautiful orange tree, accompanied by her talisman lion.
Engraved on the lion’s back is a magical inscription:
Perfect Blessing, Complete Happiness.
But this morning, the Sultan’s men bring troubling news:
a new palace is to be built, and at dawn tomorrow, her beloved tree will be cut down.
How can she save it?
Malika already has a plan!
