Content : A story about love, nature… and autism!

At last, it is time for a nice holiday in the forest to enjoy the calm before going back to school and doing homework surrounded by the noise of the city. Ana wants to enjoy that moment, but her parents have prepared a busy schedule.
Fortunately, the owners of the house they are stating at have a daughter, Brune. Is that her she just saw running off into the forest ? Ana does not hesitate and follows her without imagining the beautiful adventures that await her with that wild girl at her side.

About the author / illustrator:
After studying illustration at ESA Saint-Luc in Brussels, Marine Bernard explores themes related to the body, gender, and relationships with a joyful energy, using swift lines that bring spontaneity and expressiveness to her work. Her illustrations— created with dip pens, coloured pencils, and watercolour— favour lively drawings, surprising characters, and the early days of spring. She has collaborated, among others, with the magazine “Philéas et Autobule”, while also running art workshops, and published her first children's book, La Barbe, in 2024 with Alice Éditions.
