The King’s Horsewoman – Ninon the Rebel

Content : Ninon is the daughter of Monsieur le Grand, who manages the stables at Versailles. Passionate about riding, she dreams of joining the École des Pages, where the finest riders are trained. But the school is reserved for boys. So she learns to ride with the help of a page, Corentin, and at dawn, she sneaks out of her room to saddle her favourite horse and gallop through the gardens.

One morning, around a bend in a path, she comes across a young rider who has fallen from his mount — the son of Louis the 15th. He doesn’t know how to ride? Ninon is ready to give him riding lessons!
