The Nameless Village

Content : In the province of Totomi, Japan, there once lay a nameless village.
It appeared on no map. Rumour had it that the village had many inhabitants, yet none paid taxes to the lord… Unthinkable! Daisuke, a samurai, was dispatched to collect them. However, upon his arrival, he found himself unable to do so. By day, the village was deserted, yet nightfall brought an entirely different world. Daisuke encountered strange figures, feasting and reveling until dawn. At sunrise, still no villagers to collect taxes from. Over silent days and wild nocturnal celebrations, Daisuke would uncover the village’s true secret: it was inhabited by supernatural beings… yokai! An incredible journey into the world of Japanese mythology!
