The four sisters are swept up in the energy of the huge city, but they also discover ancient Mayan and Aztec temples, beautiful beaches, cenotes and the country’s lush tropical forests.

But despite the breathtaking scenery, as the holiday progresses, Laure becomes increasingly convinced that she is being followed by a strange figure who seems to have stepped straight out of a Mayan legend…

Soon, Lou, Lisa and Luna claim to have seen him too! Who is he? And will he follow them all the way to the heart of Mexico, where the four sisters will end their journey by joining the Day of the Dead celebrations?

About the series: A successful series (more than 1 million copies sold), featuring four irresistible sisters, centered around values of sharing. More than 20 titles are now available. Some titles are also available in pocket format. 6 books are based on the “little sisters”, for younger readers.

About the author: Sophie Rigal-Goulard was born in 1967 and lives in a hilltop village near Marseille. Married and the mother of two grown-up children, she began writing stories in 2000 and has always loved reading. When she is not writing, Sophie loves meeting her readers and spending time with children. You can meet her at book fairs and literary events, visit her website, sophie-rigal-goulard.fr, or follow her on social media.

About the illustrator: Diglee (Maureen Wingrove) is a young illustrator of English heritage, with a passion for Lady Gaga, glitter, shoes and the Roaring Twenties. She works extensively in children’s publishing, particularly for pre-teen readers. Born in Lyon, she completed her literary baccalaureate at seventeen before going on to study at the Émile-Cohl School of Art, graduating in 2009. She also writes a (fascinating) comic blog about her everyday adventures (twice as fascinating!), which she later adapted into a graphic novel, Autobiographie d’une fille gaga. You can meet her at book fairs and festivals (she loves signing books!) and follow her on her blog.
