Kerin, Little Witch Book 1: The Dragonriders’ Claw

Content : Kerin is a lively, cheerful young witch-in-training who lives deep in the heart of the forest, under the watchful care of Alphonse, an enchanted armchair.
Her peaceful life is turned upside down when she comes face to face with a mysterious threat: who—or what—is lurking in the forest, close to her cottage?

The Dragonriders’ Claw is the first book in the adventures of Kerin, Little Witch, and the first children’s novel published by Le Lumignon!

Mylène Le Floch is an author of adventure and fantasy stories. She loves getting lost in the pages of a good book. She has always dreamed of a big house with secret passageways, just like in the novels she loves. Her characters are like friends who keep her company day after day and, since she does not have a dragon, she lives with two cats who are absolute little rascals.

An illustrator based in Nantes, where she studied comic art, Marie Duranté loves bringing poetry and tenderness to her stories, drawing inspiration both from her favourite Breton landscapes and from everyday moments. Through her favourite medium, gouache, she strives to make the simple things in life a little more beautiful.
