The Hen with Cube-Shaped Eggs

Content : Locked in a tiny cage, Galinette was a little pink hen among white hens. Every day, she laid an egg, which the Man would take.

One fine morning, she’d had enough and decided to shake things up. She was going to lay an extraordinary egg, an egg so astonishing it would make the Man’s jaw drop… a cube-shaped egg!

Laying cube-shaped eggs changed Galinette’s life. The little pink hen became the star of a nursery rhyme, of movies, and more... She left her tiny cage for a garden.

But soon, the Man dreamed of having lots—mountains—of cube-shaped eggs. He introduced her to a rooster named Poppy, and she fell in love.

Love gives you wings: the rooster and the hen flew far, far away from the Man, all the way to Chick Island, where they lived happily with their little ones.
