Content : In the Desert of Colours, every grain of sand is a lost and forgotten memory. To walk among the dunes is to watch one’s memories fade.
So, to protect itself, humanity has taken refuge within the crater of a volcano. But in recent times, the sand has been creeping higher each day along its slopes, ready to bury it.

Despite the dangers, Kabalraï, son of the sand merchant, and Irae, his half-sister, venture into the multicoloured dunes in search of a new place to settle. But the desert is perilous, and once you step into it, it is hard not to lose your way…
