About the author: Born in 1970, Johan Heliot has been a full-time writer since 2002, after teaching history, geography and French at a vocational high school. He has published around a hundred short stories in a wide range of publications, as well as some sixty novels with numerous publishers, covering all genres of speculative fiction, including science fiction, fantasy and thrillers. He writes for both adults and young readers and currently lives in the Vosges with his wife and cats.
