Content : Yuri belongs to a clan of reindeer herders. He lives in a village surrounded by a perpetual blizzard. A year ago, his love, Asya, disappeared in the storm, drawn away by the hypnotic howls of the Singing Wolves. Though everyone believes her dead, the boy clings to hope that she is still alive, somewhere beyond the blizzard.
One day, Yuri’s sister, Kira, falls ill with a strange malady; her body becomes covered in ice. To the clan’s shaman, the girl is cursed by the Winter God — she is banished, condemned to wander alone into the blizzard. But a friend, Anastasia, fiercely rejects this supernatural verdict. She insists it is a treatable disease, curable in the capital through surgery.
Determined to do everything possible to save Kira, Yuri and Anastasia set out with their dog sleds to take the sick girl to the capital. But as soon as they venture into the blizzard, the wolves begin their hunt.
