About the author: Sandrine Clément was born in 1979 in the Lausanne region of Switzerland. Holding a master’s degree in History, she worked for nearly twenty years in the pharmaceutical industry before dedicating herself fully to writing. She is the author of four speculative fiction novels, published under the pen name Sam Clément.
